I love real estate. Especially Toronto real estate. I've been an active investor in the Toronto condo market for over 10 years and I've loved every minute of it! You'll probably see me hanging out the most in the neighbourhood where I call home, the St Lawrence Market. Or running between buildings all over the city for appointments!
I spent the first decade of my career as an computer engineer (I still wear my Iron Ring!) helping companies analyze data to uncover fraud. I was great at what I did, but it wasn't my passion. So in 2015, I took a leap of faith to follow that passion. And with a lot of work, it was a smooth (and thankfully successful) transition.
In 2015 I was awarded the Director Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement by my brokerage. In 2016 and again in 2017, I was awarded the Platinum Award. Then, in 2018, I received the highest sales honour at the time, the Diamond Award - and again in 2019 and 2020. In 2021, I was awarded a new Double Diamond Award and ranked within the top 1% of all agents at iPro Realty (over 2000 agents across the GTA). And in 2022, I was fortunate to secure an even higher honour- The Triple Diamond Award, putting me among the top 5 agents at iPro Realty in terms of sales volume. With over 350 deals closed and well over $100 million in deal volume in my career so far, I'd say the hard work paid off!

I'll always be a numbers guy, which is why I start all my client condo searches with an analytical, data-based approach. Sounds technical, but finding opportunities others may have missed is what I do for clients, and it's where I excel. We'll start your search based on the criteria that's most important to you, then I will hand-pick buildings and units I think you'll love. I spend all my time studying, visiting, and getting to know different buildings in the city. Forget those automated listing emails - I won't waste your time with those. What good is an agent if they don't know what you really want? Then, once we've found "the one", leave it to me to work my magic to get you the best deal possible. And don't worry, I'll do all the number-crunching for you. And I'll walk you through the entire process, start to finish.
